Hi doctor, I ran this upper endoscopy in the month of November last year 2023 .I am having anxiety issues that I will have stomach cancer .I left smoking almost 1.2 yrs ago.My brother is also a doctor and he suggest that from cancer perspective as you already ran the endoscopy last year and everything was fine so any cancer of stomach cannot come so quickly in 8 months.Also.my CBC report latest is normal which is haemoglobin 14 and esr 8 which I ran 4 days ago. Need expert views on that can stomach cancer os really possible so quick

Endoscopy result is RUT positive, Candidiasis & Erosive gastritis Doctor hasn't given anti fungal or antibiotic at present because the situation exacerbated after antibiotic use. Only boiled food for 1 month advised and to come back after 1 month. Please advise if it is the right direction.

Hey, A year ago there was wound like formation a centimetre above rectum which, which bleed couple of times. As of now there this spot formed over there. It has never caused any pain or discomfort.
