My SGOT is 27 U/L and SGPT is 21 U/L SGOT/SGPT is 1.29 Is it a cause of concern? Whether it requires any medical treatment? Kindly advice. Thanks I am tee teetotaller. I was diagnosed with Hepatitis B during 2009 and achieved sero conversion during 2012.

I had acid reflux issues(vomiting) on 16 April continuing for 4-5 days and had to get admitted to the hospital, where after CT scan, endroscopy, and colonoscopy, I was told that I have stomach ulcers(h.pylori +)  and hemorrhoids and was given cremaffin plus for constipation and pantop-D  but even after 2 months after taking regular consumption of cremaffin and following the diet I still get blood in stool if I but little pressure and have to frequently visit the washroom which makes me tired and impacting me mentally. I am currently relying on creamffin plus, and I want to know why I still have issues even though I have been taking only a recommended diet since last 8 years and didnt have these issues barring constipation, but suddenly I had all these issues. What's the best solution for getting rid of constipation, piles (without operation) and frequent visit to washroom?

Hi doctor. For past 4 days I'm noticing bright red blood with my stool. I dont have any pain but little burning sensation after passing stool. Is this piles or something else. Please advise.  I've booked physical appointment with local doctor on coming monday.

Before 2 week she have seviour stomach pain.. Then I consult to near by doctor . Btt in all three days the suddenly she have stomach pain so much...didn't work tablet...without visiting near by doctor... Doctor didn't tell the exact issue why the stomach pain issue so seviour He only said that it's because of gas

Is there any serious side effects of meva c tablet and is it affect kidney or liver when we use long term. It working for my brother but when he don't take meva c symptoms like bloating , Difficulty in walking will come for him. Please reply me sir/medam that meva c is better medicine or not when we use long term
