Hello Doctor I took a report around 12 January 2024 in which the total billirubin was 2.10 and i stopped drinking 10 days before taking that test. I thought it was high due to alcohol After that in these 7 months i only had alcohol in 6-7 occasions Now i took the billirubin test again it shows 2.3 value I had drinking only on 21 june and i m worried something is wrong in my body Attached the results as well

My colon are unable to force out feces completely due to motility issues. Any solution for it?Any suggestions for natural stimulant laxative for long term?

My father has cirrhosis from last 1 year .the latest usg report also mentioned gallbladder contracted in size and wall is thickened. .Is it due to cirrhosis or anything serious than cirrhosis. Please advice me as in impression it only mention heptic cirrhosis and ascites.

Pls help if anyone can. Last one and half year I am facing this issue. 2023 April first time I vomited for around 5 times. I repeatedly burping and finally vomit. I  taken some gas and vomitting injection from hospital. it's gone. Lot of blood test done nothing abnormal shown.  Again 2023 December I vomited like same. This time again no abnormality shown. Finally 2024 july I vomited in same way. Ultrasound taken no abnormality found. This time crp was high around 14.5. Also every time I vomited ketone was positive too. When I checked my blood tests of Last two times I found that my neutrophils was high on both times above 80.  My mother has h pylori infection and I checked that too .hpylori igg antibody was negative. I have not eat anything unusual on those times. This is my problem I dont know when my next vomitting coming. If anyone can help me what's the problem. I have attached my results along with this.

I am facing a problem since 2012. Sometime I feel some gas bubbles came up from stomach and then feels pause in heart beat.. It's mostly happened when I think about this problem and feel scared then it is continuously occurs. My bp is normal ECG is normal health condition is normal. But when it happens the feeling is really wired. Don't what is the problem. But the bubble feelings came from my stomach and hits on heart beat and then I feel pause in heart beat and then also feeling pause in breath. Please give me solution..

H pylori positive in past 2020 and I take antibiotics treatment and it's cure . But my symptoms returns and I tested h pylori and positive. Can I take same antibiotics to cure . Can same antibiotics cause h pylori resistance.

My sgot is 30 but sgpt level is 73 it's fatty liver or its ignorable in report it's should be between 16 to 63
