Hello dr, my husband is 45, with a bmi of 25 , he did his annual medicals yesterday all parameters including blood pressure n blood sugar is fine , kidney too however one parameter in the liver panel is elevated, uploading his report, plz do guide if this is a cause for concern

I am observing I get flatulence post breakfast and lunch. Just the feel of trapped gas that accumulates at the anus and then passes... I don't get this feel after evening snacks or dinner. Is this normal and how can I avoid this? I follow a healthy diet and exercise everyday. Pls note motions are smooth and no gases in upper track as well.

Dear sir, Will mesalamine be effective for non specific terminal ileal ulcers ( mild active ileitis) and colonial erosions ( mild active inflammation)? According to biopsy report, there is no sign of IBD or TB or cancer. I have right lower abdomimal pain and soft liquid like stool. Since last 15 days, I'm passing loose stool at the end of stool passing. The rest of the stool that I pass is absolutely normal in smell and texture. The loose stool also yellow and does not have any significantly different smell than the rest of the stool. Some day, l pass the loose stool at the end of the regime, some day 30-60 mins post the same or some day both. No stomach cramps or any other Diarrhoea-related symptoms. I generally have home-cooked foods only with salad.
