My wife age 34 having direct bilurbin of 0.5 and indirect bilirubin is 0.1. it's ok or she have to take medicine for that? Kindly suggest. And she is having edema issue now.

Last couple of days I m feeling constant nauseatic and hv pain in right abdomen. Im 6 feet tall and weight is 84 kg. Why this is happening?

I have undergone treatment for h pylori followed by 1 month ppi. After finishing course my stomach symptoms came back on 2 week without medication. Doctor has suggested me to take ppi for 2 more months. I have 3 questions :- 1)could the symptoms at 14 days be acid rebound? Or was the gastritis not healed? My symptoms were burning sensation in stomach whole day, nausea in the morning upon waking up and lots of flatulence and regurgitation. 2)how long can i take ppi safely and whether i should take probiotics and vitamins to supplement deficiencies caused by ppi. 3)ppis have been known to cause kidney damage, b12, c and iron deficiency, deficiency of magnesium, increased risk of salmonella, campylobacter and c diffcle infections so how long can you take them safely.

My ttg-iga was detected 14 initially and the biopsy has mild blunting of villi. After going gluten free for 4 weeks, I got tested from different lab and ttg-iga dropped to 1.7. Is such a drop possible in 4 weeks or was the first test report faulty?

Dear Sir, For the last 2 weeks I feel mild pain in my pubic area . I did abdomen complete ultrasound. No deviation noticed ... will hernia be noticed in ultrasound?

Recently I have checked the Liver function test in that my ALP is 118 U/L but in that laboratory reference range is 25 - 100 U/L kindly let me know whether my ALP value is normal or abnormal.I asked the doctor he mentioned like till 130 it will be normal but in that lab range is 100..I have confusion please let me know

My mother's has a NAFLD with a little elevated liver enzymes. She did Fibroscan and score came 24kPa means cirrhosis. My query is having full lunch an hour before Fibroscan impacts the score? Because she had lunch an hour before the scan was done.

Now a days ,I feel burning sensation in the abdomen, my question is it OK  to eat fruit like pineapple, amla and any other citrus fruit when stomach burning .
