My father is suffering from CLD from last 1 year. He has pht ,varices, encephalopathy and ascites also .He take carvedilol,looz, aldectone 50 mg , dytor 5 mg from last 4 month continuously.but his stomach size not reducing .from last 4 month it remains stand on 37-38 inch  please advice me is his portal hypertension is not stable or  it is ok size. Also his weight stand on 54-55 kg from last 4 month.his height is 5 feet.

I have attached my abdomen CT scan for reference . My doctor suggested that I have acute Colitis. I was admitted for 6 days and post that I have completed 6 days medicine course. Still in morning I go 2-3 time to pass motion. Motion is not loose like earlier. My appetite is still not back completely

Today morning while i was pooping there was pain in my lower abdomen and i was sweating and was feeling light headed and was about to faint what could be the reason?

After taking 20 days of medicine the burning was still there Then i took medicines for 10 more days the burning is still there Now i am taking medicine for 14 more days My question is has h pylori been dead but the burning will remain for 1-2 months or is it active My medicines include PPI 2 times a day 40 mg each Bismuth subsalicate 2 times a day 240 mg each Amoxicillin 1 gram 2 times a day Levofloxin 500 mg 2 times a day After completing this i will go for the eradication test 28 days later

Hi Chest hurts every time multiple places some times severe pain ECG, 2deco were normal that pain comes and goes and radiating some times , mainly I feel discomfort  in when I wake up morning  is this gastric symptoms please advise

I am feeling chest pain localised at one place only since afternoon, chest pressure also felt while lying on left side. I am very worried. I have gas also, farting a lot since morning, also burping. Ecg echo tmt were done in april and were very normal. Cardio said that tmt is very desirable. But sometimes skipped beats, once in one two days and this pressure make me frightened. Pl guide

I am suffering from chronic stress and it cause sleep problems so on now it is managed but my muscle mass decreased and belly fat increased and I go to gym and I drink shake which added (peanut,dates,badam,banana) is this kind of drinks lead to fatty liver while doing strengthening training. Or this cortisole makes fatty liver?

Dear all , I had acid reflux symptoms (no other issues) and consulted a gastro specialist who adviced a endoscopy. And found Mild Antral Gastritis and taking Somproz D 40 for 3 month under his guidance and now almost fine Question 1) Is this condition curable ? What else should I do 2 ) Can this become serious ? Note : I m diagnosed with IBs also under treatment but both are fine now I'm concerned and asking an opinion

How long does it take to form gallstone? Nothing was there in the report 2.5 months back. Can again usg needed? Symtoms are indigestion and stomach pain.
