I took ultrasound whole abdomen as periodical check up , report came as fatty liver grade 1 . Please suggest me what shall I do. Report attached

Diagnosis with fatty liver grade 3, after 3 months of diet it shows hepatomagaly fatty liver grade 2 .. i am hepatitis b positive .. and having antiviral taf25 mg.. other wise usg normal, hnsag postive , hbeag negative anti hbeag postive hbv dna not detected .. fibroscan was 5.8 in march 24.. Is hepatomagaly fatty liver grade 2 coz of hepatitis b .. is it dangerous.. what to do plz tell

I have hashimoto's hypothyroidism and I am on thyronorm 88 mcg. From past 15-20 days I was not feelin good (constipation, hair fall and loss of appetite) so I increased my dose 88 + 44 mcg (half of 88) but nothin improved so I doubled it 88+88 mcg. Still nothing improved, so I started taking 88+88+88 mcg. Noticed a lil improvement. Got my blood checked, as usual normal fT3 and FT4 but TSH 0.18. But I am feelin weak and nauseous. I tried Apple cider vinegar, ginger and licorice root powder, but no comfort. Also facing throat clearing which is due to LPR. I always wake up in the morning with chapped and swollen lips and crack corner of my mouth. I am under weight 44kg and tall enough .  Please help!😭

Hello I am from Nepal So the situation is 1. 19/02/2024 Did usg of abdomen and pelvis And urine test There's no BILIRUBIN in URINE A 7.8 mm sized hyperechoic lesion noted in segment VII Hemangioma in right lobe of liver Now on date 27th june I started to have headaches thought it was dengue Did my test BILIRUBIN is higher in blood The below is my test result Is it jaundice or my liver is failing ? Or is it just increasing And last time I drank was on June 20 And I have been trying loose weight so I am cutting my food drastically like fasting so could that be a reason?

I have hemorrhoids which sometimes get enlarged due to constipation. They are painless. However I went to pee and saw bright red blood coming out of my anus. It was painless and few drops bleeding. What could it be and how to deal with this?

Sir/ mam , I would like to know that cect abdomen is good enough to see belly organs and colon?? Or I need ct abdomen and pelvis test to see Colon??Or one should go for colonoscopy besides cect abdomen?? Kindly advise me🙏🙏🙏

I am suffering from bad breath from 15 years. It started when I used to sit with a boy who had breath. . I visited dentist, he gave chlorehexidine soln. (Didn't worked) . I visited ENT , he gave sprays and rabeprazol (Didn't worked) . So I waz frustrated with this, i started watching youtube videos on this. I found one video saying H pyroli eradication can clear off bad breath if you have tried everything. . But I am not sure of anything, I don't want self medication. . What can I do now?...M really frustrated sir/mam

I am experiencing excessive pain due to gallbladder sludge. I need quick relief in under 2 days, so that I can go to another city for consultation or surgery. My condition is not better, I also have more diseases before it including kidney infection, appendicitis and other problems. I am normal in kidney and appendix after operation. Doctor also recommended some medicines to me. However my gallstones are not normal, taking other tablets may interact with the medicines recommended by doctors. I have to go to another city for consultation. I also avoid every type of fatty and outside food for two months. So what can I do to quick relief gallstones pain for only three days.

My mother is 62 yr old her gallbladder is removed 5 yr back she is experienced lot of acid reflux, bloating and water brash.kindly recommend medicine.she has already taken pan 40 but no relief.lot of discomfort
