Iam having issues of incomplete evacuation of stool I have done bloodtests like CBP CRP b12 calcium... everything got normal 3 months back ,feacal calprotectin test is 124 Iam using vsl3 tablets from 3 months Sigmoidoscopy and endoscopy is also normal What is the reason behind incomplete evacuation

Is intramocusal adenocarcinoma of rectum curable, is there any chance of recurrence in future after succesfully polyps resected ?

My daughter had hair fall since 1 year. Had these blood tests done. Please suggest if it's normal . She had acid reflux when she was a kid. Are these related to gastritis. Her b12 , folic acid levels, d3 levels are normal. Only in CBC it's shows low MCV and MCH. Do I need to consult?

My diagnosis now is 1) Terminal ileum: Focal active ileitis with lymphoid hyperplasia. II) Right colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. III) Transverse colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. IV) Left colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate. V) Rectum: Mild active proctitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic Infiltrate. VI) Antrum: Moderate chronic gastritis with mild focal activity. VII) Body: Mild chronic gastritis. Overall histomorphological features, in correlation with endoscopic findings, favour possibility of -Lymphocytic colitis. Before this diagnosis earlier biopsy result told I have uc. Now this . -IHC (4 antibody) may be done to know the nature of lymphoid aggregates. What are this lymphoid aggregate? IHC test is taking long what may be the cause. When I asked the hospital they said they need to consult with other histopathologist. Is this something to worry?

I am facing a dull pain in the upper right side of the stomach. stool is normal no vomiting. Frequent burping pain becomes sharp when touched.

So can anyone please tell me some home remedy for this issue as my father’s age is 89 years old.

I get acidity and heartburn and nausea in the morning sleep, also hard to fall sleep because of acidity, i consume tea, fried foods, junk foods and restuarant food on daily basis
