I am suffering from acidity from long time. Not able to take spicey food. After lunch on evening there is a chest burning. And want to go toilet twice on evening. Sonography report is normal. Please suggest what can I do?

Hi Doctor One fine day morning ate breakfast at outside and lunch for veg biryani and dinner with chicken curry Next morning went poop normal and also at night but night poop was dark brown colour . Morning poop was yellow normal and night poop was dark brown Note : I go only 1 day at morning It's was continuously from 3 days onwards Is there anything to worry

My daughter was under cervical muscle spasm medications until April 21st 2024 (muscle relaxant, pain relievers)  #6 inthe morning and 6 Tabs for the night) April 22 early morning she got diarrhoea 6 times for some reason Then she became alright after taking loperamide But due to heavy energy drain, while breathing she was able to recognise little pain in the upper lining of the stomach (which we all assumed it could be stomach wounds) 2 days she was normal eating home cooked less spicy foods, coconut milk and juices to beat up the heat and stomach wounds. Yesterday again after dinner she puked 5 times in a row, then went to hospital they gave glucose and injection Then we back home again for the 6th time she vomited, whatever we put it came out even the tabs. Today we went for abdomen and pelvis ultrasound It's all normal except some small cyst detection I am very confused on why these many times she vomited draining all her energy...? will she be alright on eating healthy foods?

What specialist I should be consulting by the seeing the report. I have attached the report of liver and colestrol report is coming high

Hi Iam hvnh fistula recently diagnosed, it is 7 o clk perianal fistula no pain but sometimes pus discharge alone. And two days i had some food poisoning so went to doc he prescribed rifagut 550, vls#3, ciplox tz, somraz d40 Is this treat my fistula pus also. These many tablets needed??? Iam under ivf treatment waiting for embroyo transfer please suggest

Respected doctor, my mother is having gallstones for 20 years which never caused pain and did not give any problem but since 10 days  she had been suffering from minor pain and developed jaundice. When I went to the doctor, he told me to get an ERCP done, another doctor told me open surgery would be required because it has been 20 years and it can't be operated through laproscopy. ERCP is expensive,we are not able to afford as it is done by private hospitals only at my small town.Mother's age is 70 years, the report is attached, please provide proper guidance.
