Hello, My problems: 1. Weight loss and muscle loss. 2. Bathroom soft ( no constipation or diarrhoea but not normal stool)  but not clear. Adhesive or sticky 3. Pain in the right lower abdomen. 4. Yellowish eye. 5. Weakness and tiredness 6. No pressure of bathroom in the morning 7. Acidity and gss 8. Small amount of blood 4/5 time before 3 mnths back CBP: D. Lymphocyte count: 42.5 high Absolute lymphocyte count: 3650 high MBP : 12.4 high LFT: T. bilirubun : 1.9 high ( bilirubin is high since last 6 months) D. Bilirubin : 0.3  high T. Protein: 8.7  high Globulin: 3.7 high Intestinal ultrasound : 1. Prominent walls of Terminal ileam. 2. Mild thickened IC Junction. Please any doctor see my colonoscopy and endoscopy reports ( attached) and advice me about it please? I heard that high bilirubin is the symptoms of others disease like cancer. So i am afraid. I don't know what to do?

I have bloating even after having first glass of water now taking rabloc and ganaton since 5days.it happens sometimes.and after madicine it stops but feel like vomiting.i have both lower ribs pain since last 2years .and back pain too.i can't eat bit spicy food it burning feeling in middle

Hello doctor, my wife aged 27 yrs suffering from jaundice since 6th of June. Doctor prescribed a blood test ( prothrombin time test and INR) The results showing Prothrombin time test- 13.1 sec INR- 1.19 sec Both are on slightly higher side. Please tell me , is there anything to issue regarding this test result

Hi in my blood report I got Amylase is 133  U/L and Basophil is 0 / c mm. Kindly tell me what does it mean.

I am suffering from anemia.I have IBS, and thus, most of the time, when I take iron medications, it causes constipation. Due to  lack of haemoglobin, I am also facing issues in periods. It would be helpful if you could suggest some iron supplements that don't cause constipation. Thanks!!

Suffering from heavy gas and digestive issues from last 5 years. Heavy gas realise mild right lower and upper abdominal pain for few minutes. Some day loose stools some days hard. 2003 i have mejor jaundice and 2009 apendix but not operated. 2019 operate right side irregular harnia. Recently diagnosed with 2022 mild antrial gastritis with h pylori and 8mm 3 no gallstone 2023. Main concern heavy gas and right abdomen mild pain. Visit several gastroenterologist but still no permanent relief. Attached report Low hb( minor thalassemia) Low vit D and v12 Anxiety and panic attack
