Sir I am having fatty liver grade 2 Dr prescribe me medicine now I am improving I am over weight Dr told me that the best way to treat fatty liver is weight loss it is true.

Facing stomach bloating , indigestion , and continue farting some day and some day normal , also main problem is 3-5 times pooping and minimum 3-4 times feels like poop but just gas releases . And now I started getting fat around my stomach being an athlete . Can you suggest what kind of doctor I should consult for this issue ? Which specialist would help me more relevant

Every Monday and Thursday when I travel to office as soon as I have my breakfast I start to vomit. I eat poha puma dosa idli or paneer sandwich for breakfast. This doesn't happen on other days but only on Monday and Thursday. I eat same kind of breakfast on all days.

Hi, can anyone see my colonoscopy report here (attached). Problems: 1. Weight loss 2. Sticky soft stool but bowel not clear 3. Hip pain and i feel pain under the navel (right) 4. Yellowish eye but bilirubin 1.2 5. Weakness and discomfort in abdomen 6. Gas and acidity 7. Colonial ulcers ( ileam, rectum, sigmoid) I am really sad to see that my condition not improving at all. is it IBS or IBD? Or any other disease?? Dear sir, i am suffuring from abdominal /gastroenterological problems since 2021. I started lossing my weight since last year. I attaced some documents here. My present problem: 1. Pain in left side bum/hip 2. Gas and acidity 3. Sometimes pain under the navel ( right) 4. Muscles loss with weight losss 5. Soft stool but bowel or bathroom not clear at all 6. Yellowish eyes and pale yellow stool 7. Weakness 8. No bathroom or toilet pressure in the morning. Reports: My 1st colonoscopy report: Terminal iletis with procto sigmoidis (non specific) Biopsy report: Lymphocytic ileitis. My second Colonoscopy report: ileal and colonic ulcers ( TB/crohn's??) Biopsy report: non specific iletis and ulcers. Please help me to diagnosed the disease and treatment for this? I feel abdominal pain continuously if i stop taking pain killer. Any advice or suggestions sir please?

SGOT/SGPT raito is 1.43 GGT is 81 U/I Is this a significant concern ? Is only diet change enough or should I visit the doctor for further advice/test ?

Hi doctor recently my husband got a blood test done and in LFT bilirubin is 2.18 and rest reports are normal he has b12 and vitamin d deficiency...he is taking supplements for the same.. please help me should I worry about bilirubin level?

Post an ultrasound, the results show a small liver with coarse exhotexture with massive splenomegaly and gross ascites - features of CLD with portal hypertension. I am extremely worried about my father. He does not have a historical of drinking but has been complaining of gas issues and swollen feet for 1.5:years. After severe pain the stomach, we go the ultra sound done and that is what it says. How severe is his condition and what can we do? Thanks for all the help in advance.
