1. As soon as I eat food I feel like going to wash room. 2. When I get up from my bed I feel my breath is getting hold at by back. 3.suddenly I feel heavy stomatch.

My mother has NAFLD. Recently the LSM score of Fibroscan came 24 kpa. ASL ALT levels close to 100. No symptoms. Doctor told not to worry only diet will help. I am a little bit concerned that 24 kpa really indicates cirrhosis of liver as mentioned over google search.

I have diarrhea every morning. I woke up at 4am daily due to this and it gets normal through the day. I have ANkylosing spondylitis and my WBC is also increased it is 12000 and the impression says NEUTROPHILIA.MONOCYTOSIS. and esr is 4mm earlier month it was 18.

I have done ultrasound grade 1fatty liver is showing and I hv done lft sgpt level is 48 I am taking u hep 150 tablet. Pls guide me what precautions should I take and any other medicine needed?

I want to know ursocol 150 and fortible 150 are same medicine only formula is change? Or two different medicine?

Please go through my lft report I have attached.total protein 4.17,albumin 4.15, globulin 3.32,a/g ratio 1.25 is it in normal range? Has there any matter of concern?

I have been diagnosed with GAMCA medical of total bilirubin 1.9 (direct 0.5 & indirect 1.5). Abd for that they advised me to take medicine for decreasing the bilirubin level for FIT. Please advise for further help. Krishna Gopal

Hello sir/ madam, I am having hepatomegaly and little bit high bilrubin so doctor precribed me MEBIZ SR, SOMPRAZ 40, PROVIDAC AND LACTIFIBRE. BUT he prescribed to take LACTIFIBRE 3tsp with water... Can i take 3 tsp LACTIFIBRE? Please reply🙏

The problem is my grandmother is facing a lot of issues in her stomach since 1.5 months like whenever she eats something it feels heavy in her stomach even when she drinks water heaviness builds up in her stomach like she's not able to eat anything properly water is also we can say not getting digested in her stomach. We consulted our family doctor in this case and he said these are thé symptoms of stomach ulcers since water is also causing pain or heaviness in her abdomen area so he did all the treatment and she felt ok for 3-4 days ate food but then again things went wrong and she started to feel the same thing in her abdomen area and now we consulted another doctor and he's written medicines but she's feeling very bad still...Plz it's a request to gastroenterologists plz help
