I am taking autrin because my iron level came 17 in my reports but I am having little bit pain in lower stomach.Is it normal should I continue with it

Hello Doctor I'm 35 years old. I was diagnosed with Iron deficiency ( Ferritin - 6 ) because I had symptoms like lightheadedness, shortness of breath , severe hair fall, low energy and tiredness. So I was prescribed to take (Ferrous sulphate) 100mg elemental iron for 3 months . Post 3 months of taking iron pills , I was experiencing the below, (weekly twice or thrice only if I consume little spicy food) 1)heart burn, & stomach burn, 2)Reflux / Burping / Belching 3)Noises in stomach Above complaints was happening past 2 months. Also I was taking iron pills as well for alternative days with less mg(27mg elemental iron) as told by the nearby Dr to avoid stomach issues. But now, past 5 days , I'm experience 'Severe burn upper back after eating bland foods, burping & noises in stomach but neither front side heart burn nor stomach burn. ( PS- I am not consuming milk , coffee, tea, fried foods, hotel foods , spicy foods, junk foods, refined sugar , wheat products past few weeks)

Having a swelling above my Anus. And it hurts while I sit. It's not hurting when I am excreting only hurts when I sit down. There is no discharge or blood in my stool. What should I do ?

Pain in middle upper abdomen then slowly moves down to the center and finally in the lower abdomen with fever. pain is such that it is difficult to even move and gets relieved only with a painkiller like combiflam. waht can it be? Such has happened earlier also. No diarrhea or vomiting. Just don't feel like eating due to discomfort. Pls advise.

I have regular burping issues. Sometimes my chest choked and filled with gas. I tried to burp so as to get it away. My legs are also sometimes heavy and gets numb sometimes. I have got my blood tested. But ESR, B12 got very high. Please suggest.

A gastroenterologist prescribed me Pan L for acidity and I was having it 30- 45 minutes before food. However, today the gap between food and Pan L tablet was almost 1.5 hours. Is this something to worry about. What is the usual wait time. Thanks in advance

I am 36 years old.. diagnosis with hbsag positive withe the value of 2800.. lft normal ultra sound normal but fatty liver grade 2 .. hbeag negative and hbv dna viral load 890 , i am taking antiviral tenvir 25 mg from past 3 months viral load in un detected but hbsag value is fluctuating .. am i inactive carrier or active?? What to do..
