I recently had a fatty liver test where my liver size was measured at 160mm. The impression shows HEPATOMEGALY WITH GRADE I FATTY INFILTRATION . Should I take medicine for this, or will it heal automatically? Please guide. Age 52 Weight 83kgs Height 5'11

I am observing I get flatulence post breakfast and lunch. Just the feel of trapped gas that accumulates at the anus and then passes... I don't get this feel after evening snacks or dinner. Is this normal and how can I avoid this? I follow a healthy diet and exercise everyday. Pls note motions are smooth and no gases in upper track as well.

Dear sir, Will mesalamine be effective for non specific terminal ileal ulcers ( mild active ileitis) and colonial erosions ( mild active inflammation)? According to biopsy report, there is no sign of IBD or TB or cancer. I have right lower abdomimal pain and soft liquid like stool. So, in this situation, will mesalamine be effective for ileal ulcers? Please kindly advice

Since last 15 days, I'm passing loose stool at the end of stool passing. The rest of the stool that I pass is absolutely normal in smell and texture. The loose stool also yellow and does not have any significantly different smell than the rest of the stool. Some day, l pass the loose stool at the end of the regime, some day 30-60 mins post the same or some day both. No stomach cramps or any other Diarrhoea-related symptoms. I generally have home-cooked foods only with salad.

My father is suffering from chronic constipation since last 5 days. He has no bowel movements. He is having gas in stomach. No laxative is working. Glycerin suppository is also not working. He has vomited once then he felt relief for a certain time. However what to do?? He has tried duphalac and piclin. It did not work. His abdomen is not that swollen or hard. He is 64 years old.

I am having constant diarrhea sometimes 2 to 3 times somedays none and also bowel movement is not normal as i feel tightness like blockage but ct scans reveal everything is normal.Recently had a full blood test from thyrocare where the cd8 count was found to be 642 and cd4 count at 390 with cd4 cd8 ratio at 0.61 crp was 2.26 and also protein level were above 8 with both albubin and globulin above higher limit.Again went to my regular doctor who i am going for past 5 years he told lets do a colonoscopy and also before that he gave a blood test which i took which crp was found at 3 and creatinine at 1.1 which was highest till date as previous tests creatinine was never above 0.8.is inflamation i e high cd8 count contributing to elevated crp and creatinine and other stomach disorders i am facing because in colonoscopy doctor said nothing abnormal.Dont know what to do as my symptoms persist inspite of taking librax,rifagut,vsl 3 and amicon.kindly suggest remedy.
