I have been experiencing frequent abdominal pain, bloating, and irregular bowel movements for several months. Recently, I've also noticed changes in my appetite and occasional nausea after eating. Could you please provide guidance on what might be causing these gastrointestinal symptoms and recommend the next steps for diagnosis and treatment?

Hello! Yesterday, I had my blood tested on the recommendation of a doctor that I went to bc I've had some digestive issues. But when the results came back, my alkaline phosphate, total protein and globulin levels were high. What does this suggest? Plus, last time I had my blood tested, I was deficient in vitamin d which is why I've had to take vitamin d3, but not sure if that has any impact. Do those elevated levels have to do with protein consumption and are they causing me constipation or digestive issues?

I have been suffering from gastric for a long time now. It started this summer and often occurred once a week.

Today we did an ultrasound for my husband as his gastroenterologist recommended. It says grade 1 fatty liver, liver normal size and shows altered echotexture. Others are normal. in 2022 it was grade 2 fatty liver.I wanted to make sure if this isn't a liver damage?

My husband liver function test report the sgpt is 125 and sgot 121.why this happened ?? Is there any serious issue.

Hello, My problems: 1. Weight loss and muscle loss. 2. Bathroom soft ( no constipation or diarrhoea but not normal stool)  but not clear. Adhesive or sticky 3. Pain in the right lower abdomen. 4. Yellowish eye. 5. Weakness and tiredness 6. No pressure of bathroom in the morning 7. Acidity and gss 8. Small amount of blood 4/5 time before 3 mnths back CBP: D. Lymphocyte count: 42.5 high Absolute lymphocyte count: 3650 high MBP : 12.4 high LFT: T. bilirubun : 1.9 high ( bilirubin is high since last 6 months) D. Bilirubin : 0.3  high T. Protein: 8.7  high Globulin: 3.7 high Intestinal ultrasound : 1. Prominent walls of Terminal ileam. 2. Mild thickened IC Junction. Please any doctor see my colonoscopy and endoscopy reports ( attached) and advice me about it please? I heard that high bilirubin is the symptoms of others disease like cancer. So i am afraid. I don't know what to do?

Hello doctor, my wife aged 27 yrs suffering from jaundice since 6th of June. Doctor prescribed a blood test ( prothrombin time test and INR) The results showing Prothrombin time test- 13.1 sec INR- 1.19 sec Both are on slightly higher side.
