Gastroenterology

I am suffering from anemia.I have IBS, and thus, most of the time, when I take iron medications, it causes constipation. Due to  lack of haemoglobin, I am also facing issues in periods. It would be helpful if you could suggest some iron supplements that don't cause constipation. Thanks!!

Dear Sir/Madam, From last 7 days after 2-3 days intervals blood coming after stool. What is the reasons for it? and what is the treatment? Please support. Regards, Rajat Kumar Das

Suffering from heavy gas and digestive issues from last 5 years. Heavy gas realise mild right lower and upper abdominal pain for few minutes. Some day loose stools some days hard. 2003 i have mejor jaundice and 2009 apendix but not operated. 2019 operate right side irregular harnia. Recently diagnosed with 2022 mild antrial gastritis with h pylori and 8mm 3 no gallstone 2023. Main concern heavy gas and right abdomen mild pain. Visit several gastroenterologist but still no permanent relief. Attached report Low hb( minor thalassemia) Low vit D and v12 Anxiety and panic attack

Chronic liver disease portal hypertension liver size 17.5 with large spleen and gall bladder stone . And hypothyroidism

Diagnosis with hepatitis positive Hbsag -2809 Hbeag - negative Anti hbeag - positive Hbv dna - 890 iu/ml Fibro scan - 5.8 LFT - normal Usg - normal with fatty liver grade 2 ( but noT coz of hepatitis by ultrasoung dr) I Want to know weather i am ACTIVE CARRIER OR INACTIVE CARRIER

I experience mild pulling or swollen sensation inside the abdomen when i stand up from bed or chair. My laproscopic gall bladder was removed 1 month back. Is the pulling sensation normal ?

I'm having loose motion for a week now. The stool is not very watery but still loose. I don't feel sick nor dehydrated. Color of the stool and urine is normal.  Its just loose motions. Should i be worried or should i wait and watch for few days more.
