Constipation
My poop not clear properly I have stomachache when I doesn't poop well. I used biocid and Liv R medicine but it doesn't help. I exercise and drink water properly still I have to go 4 times for poop to clear out properly. Please help

Good you followed exercise and hydration well Take laxative for some days like chremaffin plus / Pegclear for week Check for latrine habit Give adequate time -10 min at morning Sit and relax, don't hurry, don't put force , let it come Incomplete evacuation leads to repeated bowel movement You will be fine

First step towards constipation management is high fibre diet and fibre supplements ( Isabgol husk) Then you could start on low dose laxatives ( Cremaffin/ lactulose) Last step would be medical management
