Endoscopy and stomach bloating
I have stomach bloating and it's severe. Looks like 9 months pregnant. I also have burning in the upper abdomen, nausea, heartburn, regurgitation. Doctor gave me pantaprazole which I took for 3 months since August.  No changes in my symptoms. I saw the gastro doctor and she told me to do endoscopy. I did the scope today and they took pictures and report. Dr said they did a biopsy to check for h pylori and wait for the results. Endoscopy doesn't show anything and Dr said she don't see any findings. Don't know what to do next. Even if symptoms persist and endoscopy is clear, what else to try ? Does the report says anything about findings? What other test should I ask for ? Do I need to get any CT scan or ultrasound abdomen.

Hi base on symptoms and endoscopy reports I will ad advice to wait for Biopsy reports and to avoid spicy food milk, tea, coffee. Till then, you can take Pantocid - IT one tablet daily before breakfast . You are also advised to do ultrasound abdomen,TSH,KFT, and LFT
Next Steps
Follow the Biopsy reports
