My mother having fatty liver grade 1 Abdominal pain sometime, how ill reduce fatty liver and pain. Suggest some medication please

I consulted a doctor due to experiencing low back pain and pain in the lower abdomen (left side). The doctor recommended an ultrasound (USG). I have attached the report. Please see the report. What is hepatomegaly? Is the report normal?

I was having burning sensation in upper middle abdomen so my gastroenterologist gave me medicine for ulcer and indigestion . I took the medicine for 1 month and now the symptoms are - I have mild burning sensation for 2-3 minutes after I eat anything sour or spicy . What does this mean ? Did the ulcer heal or not ?

I was diagnosed with mild crohn's disease in February. I have not started any medication yet. My calprotectin levels in February was 240 and today I took another calprotectin which show 121. What does it mean? And what are the treatment options? Is it curable or possible to achieve long-term remission? I don't have any symptoms yet. I took colonoscopy because of low iron(24). I don't have diarrhoea or pain or bleeding. What does my quality of life looks like with this condition please

I recently had a lft test and my bilirubin is 1.1, sgpt is 85, sgot is 74 , high uric acid levels, high cholestrol and low vit.d, what should i do,is there a reason to worry?

USG and MRCP suggestive OCH and mild splenomegaly. Enlarged liver 17.3 cms. Dolated left lobe IHRB.Pt taking golbi sr 450 mg/day.
