Visiting toilet 3ce a day. Stinky sticky stool. Have taken medicine than it was fine now it started again. Kindly help

Hello Doctors, Actually I had just brushed my teeth 2 mins ago and was cleaning. Just then breakfast was served and since eating with spoon I didn't wash my hands. Now one piece of fruit had fallen on the table mat and I had kept it aside on the plate. But I forgot and picked it up from the plate by my hand and ate it. Now I am very worried. You read so much about dangerous infections like anthrax and other pathogens. My question is that within 2-3 mins after brushing is it possible that you can have  dangerous infections from indoor dust or from the floor at house if you accidentally eat something with the hands having touched some of the dust?

The gastroenterologist prescribed me Gastrogard O but I am unable to recall the dosage and the how to take it. I just want to know whether it should be taken before food or after food and how many times a day. Thanks

My rbc is raising and wbc is at borderline.bilerubin is normal borderline and plates are low.im fully active but in blood tests it is showing abnormal wbc 4200. Sometimes times i get pain rightside of my stomach. Had a history of alcholhol previously but stopped totally ftom 2019 . Please suggest the treatment

Its been 45 days for my piles lesser surgery i had my piles and fissure lesser surgery at starting their was more pain and bleeding but slowly pain is reduced But now after 45 days the wound is still not recovered i went to dr he told that the wound is still not completely healed he told me to use spear cream and some medicine But i dont have will it will help its been 10th day i am taking medicine still its paining and wound inside please suggest me treatment or medicine

Dear Doctor, I had noticed a thin layer of oil in the toilet basin after pooping 2 3 times last month. I have no abdominal pain/dysentery/constipation issue. I visited a gastro doctor who ordered a stool routine and occult blood test. The following are the findings. Stool - Solid Occult blood - Negative RBC - 4 to 6 hpf Pus cells - 4 to 6 hpf Vegetable cells - present Bacteria - present. Is the report normal? Kindly give your advice.

I'm taking Adfrar 40 mg injection for last 2 years. Recent CT enterography and fecal calprotectin shows no active inflammation. Doctor is asking to continue, any chance to stop the injection or need to undergo any more test. Please suggest
