Facing burning sensation in my chest and near heart, pain in left hand sometimes tingling sensation, vomit feel after having dinner, nausea while travelling, all these symptoms get worse at night and not even able to sleep because of these. Are these heart related issues, anxiety issues or gastrointestinal issues.

High fever from one week, ntyphoid, malaria and dengue is negetive. In blood test found SGPT, SGOT high with high bilirubin. Hemaglobin 13.1 . Loss of appetite.

Iam suffering from excessive burping after eating and even if i drink water also..iam facing same problem since 3 days... please suggest any solution for this

Dear sir my mother is 65 year old.she has stones in her gall blader since 6 years but it's not painfull.The main problem is that since 2 years she doesn't feel hungry, Whenever she sees food,she says she feels like nausea or vomit coz off this she is losing weight.should we go for Pet scan or something.im really worried about my mother.plz help us.

I take 1 teaspoon coffee daily in cold water before workout, whey protein and creatine milk and banana shake after workout, then regular diet whole day including sprouts and 150gm of paneer, whey protein was started 3 months back, faced no problem during this period, no allergy from dairy products. Initially I had to go to loo just after eating food now I go twice a day. How to treat this, stopped taking whey and creatine from 1.5 weeks still not Fully recovered

I am feeling severe chest pain ( mid chest most bottom area) , from one week, and also feel chest pain when lye on bed and sudden woke up and breathing, for 5 second, before 3 month I did ECG eco tmt troponin test that were normal , I am heavy Ness, it is cardiac and non cardiac, bp ,sugar is normal, my lipids are elevated,

I drink amla juice daily early in the morning in empty stomach, now a Days I feel mild stomach burning sensation , my question is that is it related to drinking amla juice in empty stomach, please advice .

I feel like bile is not getting reabsorbed. I 5 months I have gained 8 kg weight. I didn't do any physical activity due to exams. My stool is brown colour and normal with diarrhoea very rare. But I see green fluid around brown stool in toilet after passing motion. I have taken liver function test, CBC and all levels are normal in range. I am feeling very worried. Can u please tell me what's is this about.

My brother have the stool hard constipation problem they have taken multiple medicine from multiple doctor when they stop medicine constipation in no relief and finally they taking homeopathic constipation medicine. They change diet, taking fiber food and do exercise and drink the lots of water but not relief in constipation, they don't have any other problem or any type of pain just some time gas and bloating problem but that is not much. So some people saying this problem is IBS C so need to take medicine from psychiatry this is right decision or not pls give your feedback on it...

I would like to know the tests a gastroenterologist will ask for the initial diagnosis, of a Polymyositis patient now having vomiting & digestion complaints.
