I happened to get burning rectum now an then for few months now. I had a colonoscopy 2 days ago and I was told I had no gut disease by GI but very marginal inflammation (which was earlier suspected crohn's) and needs no treatment. I had normal stools for 2 days after the procedure My question is, Is it common to see bright red blood on underwear and stool caused by either colonoscopy or piles?

I dont feel like eating food however i feel hunger i want to eat but its not possible to eat when i see chapati or rice. I know if i eat i would go for vomiting. In the morning my mouth is always bitter due to this my weight is also decreasing. I have been also been doctors they give medicines and iits become okay for 3 to 4 days then after it becomes the same i cant eat food and all

My son 19 yrs old his weight is 93 kgs. He is having severe loose motions and high fever. Dr has prescribed him DOXY 300 mg stat with other medicines, when I went to buy medicine the chemist is saying it comes in strength of 100 mg only and he has to take three tablets together once only. I just wanted to ask that can a person be given this medicine like this?

As the question above I wanted to know if I can take both tablets together? Are there any known interactions? I'm currently taking pre-probiotics, Pan D, Rifaximin 550 (1x day) and simeticone 40 mg for IBS with diarrhoea and gastritis.

For gastric issues I m on pan dsr and levosulpride, my period is not coming this month delay by 15 days. Is levosulpride and pan dsr has impact on menses period.

Hello Doctor. I am taking ppi from 1 month, previously I had H-Pylori infection and took triple therapy. Now can I do stool antigen test for hpylori to confirm eradication. Do i need to stop ppi before taking the test or can i take the test immediately? Please suggest.
