Every day I have been facing mild burning issue above and below belly button
And also some discomfort in stomach
And also some bild tightness from throat to middle chest point

From what you have described, it could probably be Gastritis (ulcers in stomach or intestines) that you are suffering from ( considering your age) however you may need to be examined by a Surgeon/Physician to confirm the diagnosis and treat accordingly.

Avoid spicy food and have plenty of liquids ~3 litres a day, seek medical attention at the earliest as if it’s gastritis it can be remedied easily
