Pain in back due to ACIDITY ??

Hello sir /ma'am My wife 31 yrs old, after having Dinner occassionally complaints of acidity and pain in her left upper back. This back pain keeps changing place in her back. (Mid back or upper back) Generally happens after having heavy foods at Night. What could be the reason for this.pls guide

Take PPI and Antacid for 7 days. With proper spacing between meals, small frequent meals, atleast 2 h of gap between last meal of the day and time of sleep. If the Symptoms are not subsiding evaluation by a surgeon, UGI ENDOSCOPY, USG Abdomen
