Reason behind this type of stool and yellow urine. Happening from past 1 month. Please answer the question.

My mother is taking medications (cardivas 12.5mg) for liver cirrhosis. In recent blood test the PTT values is 17.8 ( ref. Range - 11 to 15) and INR is 1.38(ref range -0.8 to 1.1). Rest other liver function test values are normal..is the PTT INR values are too high OR these values are fine?
