Hi, I have a very low hb(10) due to heavy periods. My gynac suggested orofer xt daily each to increase iron level. I usually take it after breakfast but it makes me nauseous as well as bloated and I don't feel like eating at all. Is there any other alternative or way to change this? Kindly reply
