Mild active ileitis
My biopsy says mild active ileitis in the background of mucosal lymphoid hyperplasia. No features of IBD, malignancy, chromaticity. Dysplasia, granuloma. My USG says same with No bowel wall thickening. Cbp ear xene expert TB all normal/ negative. I have lost 7 kgs of weight and suffer loose stools. But My HLa b27 is positive and I have ankylosing spondylitis in my back. Doctor prescribed saaz ds and folvite tabs. What has happened to me doc?
