Non specific ileitis

Asked for Female, 24 Years

What is non specific ileitis? CRP is 19. Fecal calprotectin is 44. Lower abdomen pain is there. No diarrhoea no constipation. No blood in stool. What could it be? Is it Crohn's?

Biopsy is not conclusive of crohn's. Need detailed history, CT abdomen and colonoscopy findings to make a diagnosis. Raised CRP and Calprotectin indicate some inflammation in the intestine.
