I am having fatty liver grade 2 with normal liver function test. Is obetohep better than Ursocol ? Which can be a good option for fatty liver?

Dear Doctor, I had recently started Weightlifting on 10 Apr and did weight lifting on 10 to 14 Apr daily... thereafter due to medical I had done KFT LFT on 17 Apr. My ALT and AST have come very high... but I have no symptoms of liver problem... please advise can sudden weightlifting cause this...what should be further course of action. Regards
