You have a slightly high BMI and fibroscan suggestive of fatty liver. Both of these are completely reversible. You need to probably change your lifestyle to be more physically active, exercise regularly and change your diet. Avoid alcohol, fried, oily and fatty foods. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Doing these changes will help you and not cause any permanent damage.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist, either medical or surgical along with a dietitian and get a proper plan of treatment.
