I am a  Skinny (Ectomorph) Law Student trying to gain weight so I am about to try a bulking diet which is about 3000 calories but I also have digestive issues and My sleeping habits are too not quite on track... So is a probiotic Supplement safe to take - If yes then Which Brand you Prefer In what dosage I should consume And in which pattern (Ex- month after a month or a day after a day) in order to not addicting to these supplements but still maintain my good  gut bacteria . Addition - I do regularly consume sweet lassi, yogurt, raita etc high fiber kind of foods

Pinch  knot type feeling at left side stomach also on right side comes and goes is it muscle spasm feels like baby in moving around burning also whole abdomen and bloating worried plz reply can't eat a bit spicy food

Hello, I am suffuring from mild active ileitis in the terminal ileam and mind active inflammation in the rectum and sigmoid colon. The doctors said that this is very non specific ulcers in the terminal ileam. But what is the treatment of non specific terminal ileal ulcers or mind active ileitis? However, i took mesacol 400, rifaximin 550 and neofloxacin 500 but in my last colonoscopy, i see very increased aphtous looking ulcers. Gene expert for TB not deceted. I need a solution plz. Occasoonally , I feel mild burning sensation in the abdomen , upper endoscopy done 4 years back report came back as normal study , please suggest what shall I do.

Facing burning sensation in my chest and near heart, pain in left hand sometimes tingling sensation, vomit feel after having dinner, nausea while travelling, all these symptoms get worse at night and not even able to sleep because of these. High fever from one week, ntyphoid, malaria and dengue is negetive. In blood test found SGPT, SGOT high with high bilirubin. Hemaglobin 13.1 . Loss of appetite.

Dear sir my mother is 65 year old.she has stones in her gall blader since 6 years but it's not painfull.The main problem is that since 2 years she doesn't feel hungry, Whenever she sees food,she says she feels like nausea or vomit coz off this she is losing weight.should we go for Pet scan or something.im really worried about my mother.plz help us.

I take 1 teaspoon coffee daily in cold water before workout, whey protein and creatine milk and banana shake after workout, then regular diet whole day including sprouts and 150gm of paneer, whey protein was started 3 months back, faced no problem during this period, no allergy from dairy products. Initially I had to go to loo just after eating food now I go twice a day. How to treat this, stopped taking whey and creatine from 1.5 weeks still not Fully recovered
