Gastroenterology

Few weeks ago, I suffered from lots of diseases including kidney infection, water in lungs, heart valve diseases, gall bladder sludges, appendicitis,and some gastrointestinal problems. I also admitted to the ICU. I have some operations and surgery for appendicitis and lungs. I am taking combination of medicines:- udivil, acetylcrystastetein, torsemide and spironolactone tablet, metroprolol, pan 40, acitrom, paracetamol, cetile tablets. However, my kidney and lungs are normal. But still I am suffering from excessive of pain in the gallbladder-liver-intestinal area. (May be due to gallbladder sludge). I doesn't have any operation for gallbladder yet. I am taking udivil tablet in proper way (special medicine for gallbladder). for consulting the same doctor I need to go to Kolkata from Ranchi. But my condition is not better. Any type of other medicines may interact with combination of medicines recommended by doctor. i have train ticket after 2 days. what can I do to releif.

I did incision and drainage of perianal abscess 11 weeks back. Every time after I passout stools it is very painful. I am not able to sit or stand straight till now. Did ultrasound transrectal scan, colonoscopy and biopsy.  Everything is normal. Am on strict diet and having high fiber food. How long will it take to recover or should I try something.

I am 38 yrs old and weight 108 kg height 5 feet 8.5 inch . I have been recently  dioginised with fatty liver grade 2 with ultra sound and with fibro scan. . Fatty liver grade 3 CAP SCORE 335 and LSN score 13.5 . Medication : bilypsa 4mg , omega -3 tab etc Please co relate both method and their result (ultrasound/fibro scan) and please how. do I proceed...

My wife has SGPT 382U/L and Lipase 179U/L She has gallstones of size less than 10mm.She has gastric problems.

Pain in stomach also burning feels like to pass stool but can't does I have h pylori infection last 20days I had bloating feeling to vomit but doesn't vomit I had ganaton50 and rabloc. 20 now I feel pain in my stomach can't eat spicy food a bit

I have stomach ache i have taken medicine  initially ut work but again it get pain medicine i taked- proxiahm spas and rabiprazole

Hi, this question is for my aunt who is 68yrs old. She had left breast cancer 20yrs back, treated with mastectomy. Since one year she has developed umbilical hernia and is in too much pain nowadays. But our family doctor is saying we should not go for hernia surgery because of the age factor and as she already had one major operation in her life. So better to deal with the pain without surgery. So I would like to know your opinion and options to make her life better. Because she is in alot of stomach pain. Thanks in advance.

Hi Doctor, My friend is facing, food pipe pain, feeling uneasy, sometimes asthama kind of symptoms are facing... We approached the gastroenterologist and did the endoscopy. Amoxylin 500 mg --- 10 days used Clarithromycin 500 mg - 10 days used Supradyn 2 months written Esmoprozole 40 mg - Famocid 40 mg 2 months written and currently using... Please check the endoscopy report and advise further precautions.

Hi I have done fibroscan shows liver stiffness 4.6 is it normal or I need to reduce it Normal in report is 2-6 kpa

I eat a lot of outside food and also face constipation sometimes. Is there any medication using which I can clean my gut in the weekends. So that I can have a healthy gut ?
