Head pressure and ADHD like symptoms aft
29. M. 5'6". 72 kg I have been having problem of head pressure and ADHD like symptoms like not interested in reading even daily newspaper because of  Difficulty understanding what I read, lack of attention, not wanting to perform any physical and mental action like visualizing, remembering what I read, revising, lethargy, poor memory this is also affecting my studies and work. I also seem to have difficulty doing daily work like spilling paste on shirt while brushing, spilling food on shirt while eating, not being careful when doing any work etc. Symptoms clear up randomly once in several months with head pressure gone and increased attention but come back after couple of minutes to hours. This seems to happen after I eat something. Can COVID syndrome cause this since it is getting cleared up once in several months. What might be causing this?

Your symptoms strongly suggest a post-COVID syndrome with ADHD-like features, which is becoming increasingly recognized in medical literature. Your symptoms match this pattern, including: - Difficulty concentrating - Memory problems - Problems with daily tasks - Reduced attention span Blood Sugar Related Issues The worsening of symptoms after eating could be related to: - Postprandial hypoglycemia (low blood sugar after meals) Reactive hypoglycemia need to eat complex carbs - Blood pressure changes after eating Recommended Evaluation Medical Tests to Consider: - Complete blood count - Thyroid function tests,Vitamin B12 and D - Blood sugar evaluation - Blood pressure monitoring - Brain MRI if needed Specialist Consultations: - Neurologist evaluation - Endocrine assessment - Post-COVID clinic referral if available ## Treatment Possibilities Medical Management: - Treatment options exist and have shown good results in similar cases Lifestyle Modifications: - Eat smaller, frequent meals - Stay well hydrated - Maintain regular sleep schedule - Consider keeping a symptom diary The good news is that these symptoms often improve with time and proper treatment Many patients have shown significant improvement with appropriate medical care. The periodic clearing of symptoms you're experiencing is actually a positive sign, suggesting potential reversibility of the condition.
