Had an ultrasound for kidney stone . As a result , found a grade 1 fatty liver with 19mm ×31 mm sized irregular shaped hyperechoic lesion in periportal region of Liver . As per ultrasound it might be focal steatosis or hemangioma . What should be course of treatment ? Anything to worry ?
