Low Ferritin Level and Low Haemoglobin
Recently I Have Done some tests. All are Ok including USG Whole abdomen, but my Ferritin level is 8 and Haemoglobin is 12.3. TIBC normal. Stool occult blood test Negative. Colonoscopy done and Colonic Diverticulum detected. LFT, KFT, TSH normal. Any suggestions and medication for Very Low Ferritin Level and Low Haemoglobin and Low MCV, MCHC please. Any suggestions for low Ferritin, Low Haemoglobin, kindly.
