I am facing fatigue , insomnia , lethargy , loss of weight and weakness since a long time , I got this test done yesterday , My nearby doctor is suggesting it's a jaundice . So should I start jaundice medicine or get an Abdomen Ultrasound test?

After hpylori antibiotics kit diarrhea is it common?? Taking two antibiotics Amoxicillin and clarithromycin with pantoprazole ( Pantocid hp kit) with Bismuth 120 mg four times a day Can I take econorm sachet and ors powder during Antibiotics therapy or it's effects on power of Antibiotics to eradicate hpylori?

Ecg normal Echo normal, lvef 60 Tmt Negative, mets 13.5 Cholesterol normal Bp remains in normal range Done echo and tmt 3 times in last 6 months. But i have slight pressure pain and twitching in chest, comes and goes. Sometimes i feel palpitations in lower throat area which makes me very afraid. Can climb staits and run easily. What need to be done, pl guide
