Hello, It's been 2 weeks where I am noticing pain in my left abdomen radiating to the back I did my consultation with the doctor when I saw black poop in my washroom. The doctor did ask me for an endoscopy. I am trying to understand if endoscopy will give out an accurate result. I have also noticed one peculiar symptom where whenever I empty my bowels it starts paining and I feel a sort of diarrhea . Not sure if this is anything gastric related or colon related. Please share your thoughts.

I have a bloated stomach with diarrhoea for the past two days and it doesn't go away despite taking over the counter gas medications. I also have lost all appetite and have the sensation of a full stomach at all times. I am also sometimes woken up in the middle of the night with stomach pain.

I am having anus itching and burning after poop and after toilet. I am bleeding while passing stool.

We are very confused, doctor said we can give REAL fruit juice packed one of cranberry and apple. Should we give packed juice? Please suggest if we can give lemon, orange or tomato ( soup) beetroot etc , please we are very confused as he has having SEVERE leg pain due to weakness. Can we give electrolyte?

Hi, In my LFT report, my AST (SGOT)/ALT (SGPT) ratio (De Ritis) is 2.3. I’ve been dealing with persistent skin itching for several months. Could this be related to the elevated ratio? For context, I don’t drink or smoke. I’m a bit concerned and would appreciate your advice on whether this is an issue and how I can bring this ratio back to normal. I have Thyroid. What's the solution for this? Additionally, please let me know if there’s anything else I should consider or investigate. Thank you!

Acute pancreatitis due to gallstone, we are getting it treated but just wanted to ask, if there is nothing so much to worry about, please advise please, I'm very tensed about him. Doctor said he needs 10 days of rest and will be on medication with only liquid diet.
