I m having severe pain in my upper abdomen with gases and nausea,loss of appetite since 2 days the pain is not constant but it comes in every 10 minute interval it's kind of spasmodic pain,doctor advised me pan-D tablet but no relief please tell me what to do I can't even sleep at night

Sometimes when a person is depressed or in panic he/she can ask some questions that may sound a bit weird or maybe foolish. Well best is to not reply then. But some doctors like Shashank Agarwal make a mockery out of a person's plight. Don't reply if you can't say something useful or advise for the better. Yes, now a days a person is exposed to sonay informations about various diseases on social media and the internet. One doesn't want to always read them, but in curiosity one does read them sometimes and since we have so much respect for doctors and think they are experts, we end up asking our doubts. It's a novel profession and needs patience and compassion. Just like as a teacher I get lots of questions that maybe a bit weird and foolish but I try to understand the student's plight and address them in sincere way.

I had severe diarrhea and vomiting on 10th May for which I took oflotas oz for 5 days and I got better. But on 15th May I noticed edema in my foot which was more in right foot and has not resolved yet. I did my tests like lft, kft, cbc, ultrasound, x ray of chest , echo. I have attached my 2 reports as more that 2 attachmentsare not allowed here.. What is the root cause of edema Doctor advised me Dytor 10 mg that I started from today. All other reports are normal except my hb which is low. What is root cause of edema please help me in knowing it

Father is unable to swallo food, not taken solid food since last one week, depending on only liquid , however now he is facing problem to swallo even liquid

Hi. My SGPT is 125 and SGOT is 62. HDL is 18 and LDL is 152. Can i take both udiliv and roseday together to correct liver enzymes and cholesterol. Plz suggest correct dosage. Have little fever, headache and weakness as symptom. Thanks

I have been noticing discomfort in abdominal area from past 10 days , plus this I frequently pass gases . Off late I was diagnosed with polyps back 5 years back . They were benin and removed accordingly . Went back for colonoscopy after a year of surgery and every thing turned fine . I frequently have episodes of abdominal Discomfort and doc said it's IBD ,. Now I see a different pattern I go to sleep at 10 pm and at 6 am as soon as I wake up I notice abdominal Discomfort . This Discomfort goes off as soon as I go for a poop . Now I am bit under stress why this is happening , please advise .

I do brushing three times. Use tongue cleaner. Use listerine. But this bad smell from my mouth doesn't go away. Its a foul smell which is there all the time. It smells like the thing is rotten inside my mouth. I went to dentist , he did scaling and gave chlorhexidine solution but it didn't worked. Than I went to ENT , he gave me some nasal spray and medicine. It also didn't worked. . Please tell me now what should I do? I think the root cause is from stomach. Please ,if u can solve this problem .and make me smell fresh. Than please comment. I will consult you. I want to know the reason for it.
