My father is suffering from chronic constipation since last 5 days. He has no bowel movements. He is having gas in stomach. No laxative is working. Glycerin suppository is also not working. He has vomited once then he felt relief for a certain time. However what to do?? He has tried duphalac and piclin. It did not work. His abdomen is not that swollen or hard. He is 64 years old.

I am having constant diarrhea sometimes 2 to 3 times somedays none and also bowel movement is not normal as i feel tightness like blockage but ct scans reveal everything is normal.Recently had a full blood test from thyrocare where the cd8 count was found to be 642 and cd4 count at 390 with cd4 cd8 ratio at 0.61 crp was 2.26 and also protein level were above 8 with both albubin and globulin above higher limit.Again went to my regular doctor who i am going for past 5 years he told lets do a colonoscopy and also before that he gave a blood test which i took which crp was found at 3 and creatinine at 1.1 which was highest till date as previous tests creatinine was never above 0.8.is inflamation i e high cd8 count contributing to elevated crp and creatinine and other stomach disorders i am facing because in colonoscopy doctor said nothing abnormal.Dont know what to do as my symptoms persist inspite of taking librax,rifagut,vsl 3 and amicon.kindly suggest remedy.

Hello Doctor, I am a 32 year old unmarried woman. ISince last night, I have been having diarrhea, initially with white mucus. Later my stools turned black and I started having black diarrhea. I have had diarrhea about 10 times so far. I consulted a local doctor and took some medication, but my condition hasn't improved yet. They give medicine are belo leebiotic, unienzyme, oflotas-oz, Omeprazole drotikond -m, but after taking these medicine last night and today morning my diareehea is not stopped. Plz suggest a medicine which can  stop diarehea and the little blood withi mucus. I eat only banana and Curd. My current symptoms are: Black-colored stools with mucus diarrhea Severe pain around my navel on left and right sides Needing to go to the bathroom every 15 minute Only Mucus in the diarrhea, with a little bit of blood Please suggest medication that can stop the diarrhea and bleeding. I am very much worried about the blood with mucus. Is there anything serious . will i be fine

The endoscopy showed grade 3 Hiatus hernia, i have two symptoms 1. frequent burping after meal, 2. Sensation something stuck on throat, should i go for surgery? Is it curable without surgery? Where should i go for good and effective surgery? Any good doctor who can treat?

From last 8 days a jelly like dark reddish blood comes into the stool, bloody mucus generally come before or after the stool and sometime it is on the stool. Yesterday, my abdomen sonography was done which said all organ are  normal and stool test found that pus cell are 2-3 , I also feels strange feeling in  left hand side large intestine, please help me about this problem.
