Age 45/Male Hbsag + Hbeag - Hbeab - ALT-40 AST 30 HBV viral 29,987 log 10-4.48, ct- 30.1 . No symptoms , I'm healthy I used to work in medical camps for few months . Can you please help me with the treatment, and prevention of spread to my children , wife is negative took vaccine immediately, one child age 18 hbsag-, hbsab 265, 1 child age 14 hbsag -, hbsab 198, they were vaccinated, do they need to get vaccine again?

I have no symptom or any problem in my body. I have recently quit drinking and smoking and started pretty clean diet and an hour of workout everyday. Before adapting to a better lifestyle my SGPT was 145 and SGOT was 69. I recently got it checked and my SGPT is 190 and SGOT is 90. What should I do?

My mother has NAFLD. Recently the LSM score of Fibroscan came 24 kpa. ASL ALT levels close to 100. No symptoms. Doctor told not to worry only diet will help. I am a little bit concerned that 24 kpa really indicates cirrhosis of liver as mentioned over google search.

I want to know ursocol 150 and fortible 150 are same medicine only formula is change? Or two different medicine?

Please go through my lft report I have attached.total protein 4.17,albumin 4.15, globulin 3.32,a/g ratio 1.25 is it in normal range? Has there any matter of concern?

I have been diagnosed with GAMCA medical of total bilirubin 1.9 (direct 0.5 & indirect 1.5). Abd for that they advised me to take medicine for decreasing the bilirubin level for FIT. Please advise for further help. Krishna Gopal
