Hi, 20 days ago my father has bloating, abdomen discomfort and not able to pass stool, consulted a dr and done tests, in cbc his haemo was 6.7 and rbc was also less and occult blood in stool was +, so dr suggested endoscopy and blood transfusion, after 2 units of blood his haemo becomes 10.9 and occult blood absence  in stool, also other parameters in full body blood tests were normal, then 3 days ago we went for endoscopy, there is a chronic duodenal ulcer and h pyloric + and dr took biopsy, it's result didn't came yet. 2 years ago similar issues he was facing only blood was not in stool, then also we went for endo, CT scan and biopsy at that chronic non specific Duodentisis with brunner's gland hyperplasia with no evidence of malignancy and tb, in CT scan everything were normal, now tell me for current situation and endoscopy report what are the malignancy chances, dr told let the biopsy report come, so what are the chances of malignancy, actually my family is very nervous now .

Hello respected doctors , does ppis like pantro rabeprozole works only when we take in before breakfast? or can we also take PPIs when we get acidity after eating? does ppis work only on empty stomach?

I have been feeling nauseous, queasy and very light headed for last 3 days. There is some indigestion. I was constipated for a day but dulcoflex helped still the nauseous and light headed feeling isn't going. What could be the reason?

I am 29. M. 5'6", 72 kg. I have been having problem of apathy after drinking buttermilk. Head also feels after it. Become lazy and uncaring and drink tea in middle of night to cope. I have drunk buttermilk since childhood never had a problem. Can it be because of probiotic. I took probiotic velgut thinking it will be good for my stomach health. But can it cause problems mentioned above?

As m 10week pregnant and also having umbilical hernia after gall bladder operation is it effect my pregnancy.. need to surgery now or after dlvry my baby.. pleaae suggest no pain on hernia..

29. M. 5'6". 72kg. I self medicated capsule velgut thinking poor gut health was causing my brain fog. Can it in turn cause any adverse effects such as brain fog when it is not indicated?

I had epigastric pain around one week ago and Doctor given me medicines. And he said if your epigastric pain not go away within five Days. You come back. So in five Days my epigastric pain not treated. and a gain i went to that doctor. and he told me do Stool exam and some other tests. So why stool exam is done for epigastric pain ? For what reason ?
