Hi i have took abdomen xray and in the impression it is showing that A well-defined radiopacity noted at the level of L1 vertebra in the region of right mid quadrant. Is this normal? Do i need to worry about this?

My SGOT (AST) is 64, SGPT (ALT) is 75 and GGT level is 97 My question is, Do I need to take medicine? After getting these abnormal LFT report, I started walking 1 hour faster in the morning these days and changed my diet.

Female, 29 yrs. On 15 April 2024, the gall bladder stone was 1.6 cm. Consulted an ayurvedic doctor who said the persistent cough especially at night is due to bile. Took pithorin for 6 months and the cough significantly reduced. On 31 Dec stone size increased to 2.6 cm. Cough has increased. What should we do? Is there any alternative to gall bladder removal? Hi, I have a very low hb(10) due to heavy periods. My gynac suggested orofer xt daily each to increase iron level. I usually take it after breakfast but it makes me nauseous as well as bloated and I don't feel like eating at all. Is there any other alternative or way to change this? Kindly reply
