1 month ago i was diagnosed with jaundice(viral hepatitis A) sgpt sgot were 1400 and 1900 and total bilirubin 7.4 was admitted in hospital for 4 days these levels reduced to a medicine manageable range i.e - bilirubin 1.5 and sgpt and sgot 252 and 170 on 22 august further i was under medicine treatment and under specific diet which included light non spicy dalia khichdi lauki torai etc Medicines used- epizyme digestive syrup , bevon multivitamin syrup, udiliv 300 tablets , For first 5 days after hospital discharge was given livoment syrup Composition - L-ornithine and L-aspartate,  B complex syrup now on 9th september i had a lft test again now bilirubin -1.2 but - sgpt and sgot are 900 and 1200 i have no symptoms of jaundice currently no observable pain in abdominal area no skin yellowing till now stools are fine too urine is slight yellowish sometimes however mostly it is stray coloured clear what could be possible reasons of this condition

I had a perianal abscess a couple of weeks back and started with antibiotics and sitz bath ..pus was coming out of it regularly...now after around 15 days although my pus has reduced but I feel pain when having sitz bath..what could be the reason

I was having Sgpt - 137 and Sgot - 61 on July 2024 . Now in September 2024 Sgpt - 103 and Sgot - 112 . I had rosufit in between and also having uti (ecoli) . I had USG and having Grade 1 fatty liver and everything else is normal. Is there anything to worry?

Before medication liver stiffness=12.5kpa,Alt=146,sgot=98,ggt=223. But after cutting back alcohol and treatment of udca my alt=68 and ast=29.

Hi doctor I had C section two months back and now i got piles.i am not having bleeding but i can see anal region got swelling and it got out. Can you please tell if surgery is required for removal or will they go on their own..i am having pain and inflammation using pilex tablets and pilex forte ointment.
