Bleeding and pain in anus
I was having sharp pain n blood in stools quite often...it started 20 yrs back after miscarriage...due to medicines maybe...now am 43 yrs old...now it feels chronic...from last 2 months having pain and blood ...doctor did proctoscopy n said there's a superficial tear...n gave some medicine n cream to apply ...that healed now it's paining in another area ...nearly from 3 months having cremaffin but still there is little blood and pain sometimes ...do I need to do more tests ...can fissures heal on its own ...
