Pain in rectum and anus
I am feeling constant pain in my anus, only get a bit of realf when I fart rest it is always there not able to sit or even walk properly

Get yourself examined by a surgeon.. anal fissure cause pain only while passing flatus and stools and can remain for 1-2hrs max.. usually its not there whole day.. meet a surgeon

You might be having fissure in ano. Take High fiber diet. Apply anobliss ointment thrice daily into the rectum with the help of fingers after thorough cleansing. Take syp lactulose 30 ml at night half hour after meal along with 1/2 glass of water. Revert back if problem persists.
