Pressure and pain in the anus

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hello I am facing a lot of pressure and pain in the anus. There is no blood in my stools and i have corrected my stools to soft,but still there is stabbing pain. I visited two hospitals,where one doctor says fissure in ano and Lis operation directly. Another doctor suggest colonoscopy kindly suggest the following symptoms Anal pressure Anal pain Pressure while sitting
