Anus pain penis pain urine burning
What is this please tell me? Is this piles or fissure or hemorrhoids or any cancer? When I strain (give pressure) for poop litter bumps like also come... Area around this anus is hard and pain sometimes. It doesn't pain all the time. When I start pooping early poop comes in big size and then it's thinner. Please tell me what is this. For passing fart I have to give some pressure Which cause pain under penis and sometimes in penis. It burns (little )while urinating in penis

Hi. It seems to be large hemorrhoids with fissure. Need to discuss this thing in detail.
