Stomach issues
The problem is my grandmother is facing a lot of issues in her stomach since 1.5 months like whenever she eats something it feels heavy in her stomach even when she drinks water heaviness builds up in her stomach like she's not able to eat anything properly water is also we can say not getting digested in her stomach. We consulted our family doctor in this case and he said these are thé symptoms of stomach ulcers since water is also causing pain or heaviness in her abdomen area so he did all the treatment and she felt ok for 3-4 days ate food but then again things went wrong and she started to feel the same thing in her abdomen area and now we consulted another doctor and he's written medicines but she's feeling very bad
still...Plz it's a request to gastroenterologists plz help

H pylori, Pangastiritis - endoscopy
2022, July my husband diagnosed with h.pylorie positive and pangastiritis. His only symptom was heavy bloating after food only. But after endoscopy and taking antibiotics the problem was symptomatically 80 % solved. But he missed to follow proper diet . Since one month the problem was symptomatically started again. Then, he took Monrab IT tablet for 1 week, ( monrab IT , the doctor was prescribed) ... Now he is stopped the medicine and following the proper diet and physical activities... Now the problem is almost cured... He don't have that much of bloating after food
Here my question is should I go to next endoscopy again?????
Reoccurrence of h pylori is possible after taking antibiotics ???
Is any risk factors (means , re-infections ) are possible???

SmallUmblicalHernia, Grade 1 fatty liver
I am facing stomach pain sometimes above my belly, left or right abdomen. No constant spot. I consulted a gastro specialist and they asked me to get USG and blood tests. Reports revealed small umbilical hernia and grade 1 fatty liver. Attached my USG report and blood reports. The doctor gave me medicine and advised me to exercise and reduce my weight from 74 to 66 and have nutritious food. Even after those medicines my stomach pain episodes are still there. I am not able to pass gas easily and stools too. What could be the reason? Is my pancreas normal as per USG which was taken recently. As I couldnt attach 3rd image, my hcv(rapid) is non reactive and HBsAg(rapid) is non reactive.Kindly share your opinions.

High AST and ALT
My AST/SGOT level is 66.3 and ALT/SGPT level is 45.7. I have slight intermittent upper right abdomen pain since 3 months and excessive gas after eating anything. I am also suffering from IBS already. I do not drink (alcohol) or smoke. Are these conditions indicating cirrhosis? (Attaching my LFT report along)
