Doctors told I got reflux and my sphincter are not so tight after I got diagnosed with hpylori months back...will it become normal after its eradication or what should I do

What is the best triple therapy for h pylori positive. And how I know h pylori resistance or not in my body .

Diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2 in the ultrasound test. I am having frequent poop(2-4) times which is not loose motion and mainly it is happening in morning. Sometimes little pain in stomach also.

I have a condition of hiatus hernia. Though everything is fit and fine. but sometimes i gets upset stomach. I have lost almost 6 kg weight in last 8 months without any reason. My hairs are getting thin. I am having ulcers in my mouth and today when i was brushing my teeth during gargling there was blood. I have noticed blood initially too but that when i try too hard but today it was clear and bit more than usual. What should i do? This is concerning me alot. Help me this please.

I have gastric issue post covid, now I burp a lot after every meal my left side seems heavy I have bad throat seems inter connected I also had ovaries cyst way back in 2015 which was not treated at that time was told it will go away with time Now I feel less of energy more of burping and now without mucain gel I can't live a day. I have been having fever from the last 7 days which is going up and down , plus cough too. But before this I was having abdominal pain as I am a patient of IBS and was getting treated for that for which has recovered 90%. Not sure wether this fever is because of IBS , I went to a physician and prescribed some tests like CBC ,WIDAL AGGLUTION , C-Reactive Protein , ESR . My question is that is IBS causing this or anything else . My Grandmother has cancerous Symptoms, and her stomach is Bloating. And Now it is hard for her to eat anything. The members of our family are quite afraid to admit her in hospital saying the Symptoms will only get worse if they treat or whatever they do with that cancerous thing. I have getting stool greenish blackish colour last 8 to 10 days.. Starting it's getting small quantity like constipation and sticky now from last 5 days it's normal but colour greenish blackish. No changing food , no any tablet, no pain, hunger is good. Only colour is changed of my stool. Please guide what is the problem and what I can do. I attaching photo with flash n without flash..
