Chronic Constipation

I have chronic Constipation for 2 years . Even after taking tablet there is no cure for constipation.Due to hard stools, analysis fissure will create.How to overcome constipation please help me anyone

You are supposed to get yourself checked at a General surgeon/proctologist physically just to rule out fissure. As fissure may lead to narrowing of anal opening leading to further worsening of constipation.
