Care AI Shimmer
Meganblase syndrome - characterized by severe air swallowing and enlarged gas bubble in stomach after meals Diaphragmatic pressure from bloating affecting breathing mechanics Possible anxiety-related hyperventilation contributing to symptoms
Next Steps
Given the chronic nature of your symptoms (12 years), I strongly recommend a comprehensive medical evaluation to determine the exact cause and get appropriate treatment. This may require some diagnostic tests to rule out serious conditions and establish the right treatment plan.
Health Tips
Immediate Measures: Eat slowly and avoid talking while eating Avoid carbonated beverages and gas-producing foods Take smaller, more frequent meals rather than large meals Lifestyle Modifications: Regular mild exercise to help gas passage Avoid lying down immediately after meals Practice stress-reduction techniques if anxiety is a trigger
