Intermittent lower left abdomen pain
Hi doctors I have been experiencing lower left abdomen pain that come and goes throughout a day multiple times and since last 4 months...the pain is mild but it gives me discomfort and make me worried. I have backache also but not sure this is associated with abdomen pain or not. I've done USG whole abdomen, finding was excessive bowel gas and grade 1 fatty liver (I have gas problem but not that much) Please suggest is it something serious, I will do CT scan after 2/3 days, but  I am worried very much and need your advice. Please advise 🙏 Thank you in advance

Care AI Shimmer
Left sided lower abdominal pain usually may be from the bowel or Urinary tract or from the pelvis. USG abdomen in your case shows nothing abnormal... except for increased bowel gas... This may be due to Colitis... (Large bowel infection...)
Next Steps
Consult a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist.
Health Tips
Menstrual history is needed. Do the CT scan abdomen and pelvis and you can update the report ...
