Dull pain in upper right abdomen
Hello Doctors.
I have having dull pain near upper right abdomen that comes and goes.
Pain sometimes Goes to lower abdomen sometime to chest.
Last year in 2022 June I had my ultrasound but report was normal.
So is it something to worry ?
Or is everything normal ?
Kindly guide.

Intermittent right upper abdominal pain may be due to biliary colic. Detailed clinical history would be required to diagnose
