I have been experiencing a persistent dull discomfort on the left side of my upper abdomen, just below the ribs, since around early September.
The pain is not sharp, but feels like a constant pressure or heaviness, as if something is inside on that side.
The discomfort becomes more noticeable when I sit for a long time, bend forward, or stay in one posture.
Doctor suspected Costochondritis and Gilbert’s syndrome.
