I have done full body checkup, mainly I have vitamin D and B12 deficiency. Vit D - 15 Vit b12 - 140 Please suggest any prescriptions or supplements I can take orally Or any supplement injections are required? To correct this deficiency what precautions I need to do.

I got a blood and urine test done day before and the report says that I have chroni vitamin D deficiency. I also had b12 deficiency but because I was taking supplements for 4-5 days before the test, the report doesn't clearly shows that. I might have some B6 deficiency also. Need to see the report for it. I am a vegan so want to understand my definiciencies properly and need advice on the right supplements. I have attached my report screenshot of critical parameters .

Hi. I am from Bangalore. I got bitten by a stray dog when I was going on a bike late night on Friday at 1.25 am. I bought a one litre water and washed the wound area at 1:50 am. It's in my left leg with 1-2 wounds and few scratches. I visited a nearby small clinic at 2:30 am. Doctor prescribed tt and rabivax s on deltoid. But nurse did mistake by injecting both in gluteal region at 3 am. As i was not aware of these medical terms. I just went home and washed again with hand wash and water for 5 mins at 4 am and slept. Later I was checking in Google and came to know that the injection should be given only on hand but it was given to me in wrong place in buttocks. I visited Kim's hospital in the morning 11:30 am. They said it's should be considered as category 3. They again started rabivax s on my hand as day 0 . It's scheduled as Day 0,3,7,14,28. Also they gave rabisheld near my wound area. As it's fatal disease I'm very stressed and depressed on what might happen in next few days.
